Jessica was amazing! She made our visit feel special with her kindness, fun personality, and genuine care. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience, and her positive energy really stood out. People like Jessica are what make a place memorable. We’ll definitely be back! 💕

One and done for this location. Before heading into my night shift, I stopped in for a meal at what has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I was seated at the bar around 5:20 PM and didn't receive my first dish until 6:00 PM. After the extended wait, I asked to speak with a manager. His response was simply that the kitchen was running behind and that my sushi would be comped as an apology. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't make up for the poor overall experience. Between the long wait and a forgetful server, the service fell well below expectations.

First time for PF Changs. I do understand it was a busy night with it being Mother's Day weekend. Our reservations helped get us seated quickly. They sat us at a table where there was a chair and a bench on the other side. I sat on the bench side and it happened to be where 2 parts of the bench was connected, which was uncomfortable. So after at least waiting for 15 min a server finally came. We ordered drinks and the 5(?) course meal. It took a long time to even get our drinks. One was ordered with a floater, which it didn't have. They took a couple of $$ off our bill. House salad was good and along with the ribs. The entrees were a little different story. The prawns were overcooked and the mongolian beef was very very chewy. A couple next to us came in after us and left before us since their server was more attentive. I guess that was the icing on the cake was we only saw or server a couple of times and she never came by to refill our water. This is an easy pass to never return.

Our server Turner was awesome, friendly and patient with our group of 8! They were all very understanding and accommodating in letting us move inside from patio after realizing it was so windy out there. Happy hour isn’t the greatest deal, but half of wine bottles on Wednesday is great! They also give you a huge piece of yummy cake for your birthday!
